BĚTKA TICHÁ: WORKSHOP MOVEMENT IN THE AIR

The workshop follows on from the performance and offers an insight into the basics of aerial acrobatics on scarves. What is it like to rise above the ground, hang upside down for a moment, and look at the world from above? Participants will try out different ways of climbing, working in inverted positions, and looking down from above. We will touch on the principles of body mobility and basic combinations of elements that show what it takes to move in the air.
