Project PAFF (Performing Arts For the Future) is focused on meeting students and young artists with legends and performance art authorities. Through these encounters, both sides can gain new experience, help to create a new tradition and find artistic forms.
Main aspects of the project:
- project is implemented under the International Festival of Zero Point and the International Festival Behind the Door
- The project is aimed at students of performing arts and artists
- The project is conceived geographically the Visegrad region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary) and adjacent states, such as Germany and Switzerland
- Project is intended for 60 active participants
- Each participant completes four workshops (depending on length and intensity)
- Participants will have free entry for the entire production of the two festivals
- Participants have opportunity to present their own work
Project Objectives:
- Meeting the young generation with authorities of performing arts
- Passing on experience, creation work, and thinking to young artists
- Maintain the fragile continuity in performing arts through a unique poetics of individual artists
- Contacts, creating conditions for future cooperation, both at European level
- Meeting with other artistic genres and different approaches as a prompt for further artistic work
