"In this workshop my aim is to support andcultivate the movement capacity and creativity of each individual participant. We will embark on a physical research through guided improvisation tasks whichI hope can be inspiring towards a more versatile approach of using movement increative situations, whether working with set or improvised material.

We will specifically explore different ways ofworking with presence in performance, the diversity of focal points withinmovement, the relationship of the body to the space and how these factorsaffect both the individual and the group. We will also explore the use ofrhythm and musicality in movement and composition. My teaching is derived frommy ongoing research as a dancer and choreographer which I would like to share. "
